Work Experience / Work Placements
To improve competitiveness, it is vital for training providers and business to work together.
You can make a real difference to jobseekers and young adults by offering work experience placements. From a few weeks to 3 months your work placement provides candidates with the opportunity to gain the valuable experience, skills and attitudes to increase their chance of finding work.
It can also give you a source of future talent or help you to meet your corporate and social responsibility aims. Additionally, it can bring new thinking to your organisation and shape the way you grow your business.
