Our LBB offer is available to Bexley residents who have:

  • The right to work in the UK, and;
  • Access to public funds

And who are:

  • Unemployed and looking for workone to one advice
  • Underemployed and looking to improve their employment position (examples of underemployment include those working part-time and wanting more hours, those on low pay who need to increase earnings to reduce benefit dependency, those with high skill qualifications working in low skill jobs)

The LBB offer can help you with:

  • One-to-one advice and guidance
  • Access to employability skills workshops
  • Advice on self-employment
  • Referrals to work-related training
  • Referrals to local health management services
  • Support in securing a voluntary work opportunity to gain work experience and confidence
  • Access to local job opportunities through the LEC Bexley business support service

To access our LBB offer, call us and ask to book onto a Welcome Workshop. Please remember to bring evidence that you live in the borough and any other required documentation.
