How to use this site

Finding a course

Click on the courses tab on the navigation bar. You can then access courses by subject area - either by clicking on the relevant subject in the left hand text menu or by clicking on the appropriate image.

An information page will open about this subject area, click on the button at the top right hand side 'click here for courses' which will take you to the listings. The courses will show in an alphabetical list of course titles. Click on the course you are interested in - this will take you to a new page with all the relevant details.

Online Courses & Enrolment

Once you have found the relevant course you will see every instance of when and where the course is scheduled and give detailed information about the course (the course outline). It is recommended that you print a copy of the course outline for reference as it contains important details about your course.

When places are available the course will show as Enrol Now . This also means that the course does not require you to have an Interview or Initial Assessment. If the course is full you can opt to be added onto the Waiting List and the College will contact you if a place becomes available. For courses that require an Interview or Initial Assessment you can 'Register Your Interest' online and you will be contacted to arrange your interview or assessment.

Once you select a course which says Enrol Now you will see your selected course(s) in a new window, please check the details and fees. You will then proceed to 'Checkout' where you will complete an online enrolment form and submit your email address. When you return to the site to enrol for another course, you will only need to login using your email address and password. Once the enrolment form is completed, select 'Place Order'. You will be transfered to the Worldpay website to complete the payment transaction. You will receive confirmation of your enrolment via the email address you provided.

Any eligible refunds will be refunded by cheque and not via Worldpay.

WorldPay processes millions of payments every day, securely and quickly. If you have a query regarding an online payment you have made through WorldPay please contact their Shopper Help. ( http://www.worldpay.com/shopper/index.php?c=WW ).
