Student Services

The Student Services department at the College offers a framework of advice, guidance, information and learner support. These services are available before and during the students’ time at the College and are an integral part of the effective provision of student support.

Students can obtain advice from professional specialists including careers and education guidance, welfare and finance advice and the Learner Support Manager for adults with additional needs. The Student Services department aims to be accessible and to provide an effective service in a supportive way to all students.

General Advice

Our job is to help you choose the right course and to do this you will need good impartial information and advice. This can be obtained from all front line staff either in person or by telephone during College opening times.

The College has an Enquiries & Information Unit based at Brampton Road. For all initial course enquiries and information please telephone or drop in to the Brampton Road centre.
